This store trades as Pixie and is operated by DROP LOGIC - FZCO. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including the things they do not do well. Product photography is representative; colours can vary slightly between screens. Specifications are provided by our manufacturing partner. Where their information is inconsistent, we leave the claim out rather than guess.
Shipping and returns
See our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages. Those terms form part of this agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content for commercial use.
Our liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
The Pixie name, the text on this site and its design belong to us. Product images supplied by our manufacturing partner remain theirs.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits the consumer protections available to you under the law of your country or state of residence.
