Who we are
Pixie is an online store shipping to customers across the United States, operated by DROP LOGIC - FZCO. You can reach us at support@pixiecameraclub.com.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the items you bought.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device information: browser type, IP address, time zone and the pages you viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To take and fulfil your order, and to send you order and shipping updates.
- To answer your emails and handle returns.
- To screen orders for fraud.
- To improve the store, and — only if you opt in — to send you marketing email.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with: our payment processor; Shopify, which hosts this store; our advertising partners, including Meta, which receive information about your activity on this store so we can measure and target our advertising; and our fulfilment partner, who needs your shipping address to send your order. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Your information may be stored and processed outside the country you live in, including by Shopify and by our fulfilment partner. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards for the transfer.
Cookies
This store uses cookies to keep your cart working, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may then stop working.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@pixiecameraclub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.
Children
This store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, and then delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
