Before you write

• Where is my order? Most orders arrive within 8–16 days, and customs or a carrier can add a few days on top. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating after you get the number.
• I want to return something. Send your order number and a photo, and we will reply with a decision and instructions. Please do not post anything back before you hear from us.
• Which card reader do I need? USB-C for iPhone 15 and newer and most Android phones; Lightning for iPhone 14 and older.
