Where we ship
Pixie ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
What shipping costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
We build the shipping cost into the price of the product instead of adding it at checkout. The number you see on the product page is the number you pay.
How long it takes
We are honest about this, because it is the thing customers most often wish they had known.
Processing: your order goes to our partner for packing as soon as it is paid for.
Total: most orders arrive within 8–16 days of ordering — packing and transit together.
That window is our shipping partner’s own estimate for this route, and most parcels land inside it. It is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and if a parcel ever runs behind we will email you with the tracking rather than leave you wondering.
Delivery takes a little longer than a same-day domestic warehouse, and that is the trade that keeps the price where it is. If an 8–16 day wait does not work for you, please do not order — we would rather lose the sale than disappoint you.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once the parcel leaves our partner.
Your tracking number starts updating within 3–5 days of shipping, and we will email you as soon as it moves. Until then it is simply waiting for its first scan.
If a parcel runs late
Weather and carrier backlogs around holidays can add time. If your order passes 30 days with no delivery, email us and we will either resend it or refund you in full — your choice.
If it arrives damaged
Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not need to post anything back.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will refund the item cost less our actual outbound shipping expense.
